Your application information.

RoofForce, powered by RoofOptions, collects your company name, contact name, signed-in email address, home base, crew size, roofing capabilities, and travel preference when you submit an application. Your sign-in identifier connects the application to your account.

Purpose and access

These details are used to review your crew, manage your registration, and contact you about qualification or relevant project opportunities. They are stored in the website’s hosted database. You can view your own application after signing in; the RoofForce owner can review submissions. Applications are not listed publicly.

Contractor projects and bids

Contractors may submit company and contact details, project locations, scopes, schedules, equipment responsibilities, and files. Drafts and projects awaiting review are available only to the submitting account and the RoofForce owner. When approved, project details and files are shared with approved crews for bidding. Bids are visible only to the bidding crew, the project contractor, and RoofForce. Project files are stored in private hosted object storage and require permission to download.

Only upload materials you are authorized to share. Do not include personal identification, payment information, or unrelated confidential material. Downloaded files are supplied by the project contractor; the platform does not provide automated malware scanning. Removing a crew application does not remove previously submitted bids or contractor projects, which remain part of the project record.

Subcontractor invitations

Contractors can browse approved crews’ company names and home bases. When inviting a crew, the contractor can use its registered contact email to prepare an invitation. We store invitation recipients, company names, and response status. Invitations are visible to the project contractor and the intended signed-in recipient. An invitation does not bypass crew approval or grant access to other crews’ bids. Email drafts are sent through the contractor’s own email app.

Sign-in and hosting

Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. The website does not receive or store your ChatGPT password. Hosting and database services are provided through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. The site uses sign-in cookies and does not add advertising trackers.

Updating or removing details

You can update your application through your crew account. For removal, use the account removal option on your application page. Do not submit insurance documents, tax identifiers, or sensitive personal information in the application fields.

Registration does not guarantee project invitations or an award.
